Captain here: I think OP is talking about a 975RP or a 1350RP skin.

It appears that you have zero marketing skills. You see, pulsefire ezreal has indeed fallen behind in quality since it's an old skin but it's reputation must be protected due to the ultimate skin tag and it's price. When you have a good-selling AND over-priced product there is absolutely no reason for you to make a better one. In fact, it will hurt Riot's sales in the long run. I call this the ultimate curse. Take a look at all the other sona, ezreal and udyr skins that are out. Mostly remodels and nothing too fancy.
