Overwatch copies league champions?

Tracer + Lucio = Ekko

1st, I understand the time travel kit, but it shouldn't correlate so much anyway since any characters from different games will had to have a time-travel kit.

2nd, did you literally include Lucio because they're both black??

Genji - Master yi

Yi doesn't throw Kunai, nor knows how to climb walls.

Well did not for most of them and the Ekko one is just wrong since the frist time we saw Ekko it was after they put the overwatch Tracer.

But i must said some i saw are: (just the gameplay) = Lucio (mostly gameplay) = Reinhardt (even more than Fernando) (just the art) = Mcree (Only art) = Hanzo (they split hanzo in 2 use to be hanzo and Genji in one)

I'd say they don't fully copy LoL's champs but there are resemblances.

No? None of those examples do the same things as each other. Overwatch's characters are fun, impactful, and team oriented, far moreso than any of League's.

I would more say that the Overwatch took more characters from TF2, most TF2 characters have a counterpart in Overwatch, I think all of them do in fact, besides maybe Spy

But can master yi throw kunai? I THINK NOT CASE CLOSED GOOD SIR ( Seriously though yeah they do copy LoL champs )

If you're talking about appearances and personality, the majority of the characters in League were taken after something else.

We should be talking about Hanzio and Ashe...

The only one of these pairs that really match is Tracer and Ekko. And even with this case, it's not sure which of the two was actually designed first.

Reinhardt's skills more closely match Poppy and is still quite different from her. I'm not sure why you chose Zarya and Vi. Zarya uses a gun, gravity bomb, and shields; Vi uses rocket fist charges, super punches, and a shield. The only similarity I can see between Lucio and Ekko is the color of their skin. Genji and Yi are a bit closer, but still not close enough. Genji uses a dash strike, throws shurikens, reflects projectiles, and has a skill that makes his sword attacks stronger. Yi uses a dash strike, has a damage reducing heal, and has 2 skills that make his sword attacks stronger.

It's kind of shameful on blizzard lmao. McCree is basically a combo of TF and graves.
