When your server fails to load and I get a perma-bug splat and yet I can use the internet and I can EVEN log onto League in a different REGION but STILL cannot join the game I am in.......well then something is wrong with the client.
BUT, hey, even though I rejoined the game I should definitely be punished by the leavebuster andhave to fill in that ridiculously absurd message.
Way to focus on the important things.
Sounds like probably your computer is getting a bit old and having issues allotting it's resources properly.

Its the fact that there are so many toxic players on Live ATM. This is wrong for you to have to deal with it. You did nothing wrong but the leaverbuster in my eyes is the greatest thing for this game. How many times do you deal with an AFK or a troll. its too often! and this will get rid of those players. I THANK RIOT for doing this
Have you tried repairing your client?
If that doesn't work, uninstall LoL completely then reinstall it. It worked for me.
If that doesn't work, update your graphics card thingies... Drivers... things...
If that doesn't work, check to see if you have downloaded any new programs - they might be intefering with the game in some way.
If there isn't anything new, check the Wrenchman's toolbox or send in a suppot ticket (don't mention leaver buster or you might get a copied and pasted message saying they won't remove it). In my experience, Riot is happy to help with this sort of thing.
