Can we get an AP item that has Phantom Dancers passive?

Tired of getting a kill, then going to escape only to realize minions have gathered around behind me and my Champion starts busting her tits or balls trying to seizure their way out of a death, to no avail, simply because.... a Siege minion blocked a way out and you don't really want to waste your summoner spells because a minion decided to be a dickhole.
