Why do people invite and then kick in teambuilder?
So, why have i had multiple times where I am invited to a game, and then kicked a second after joining?

Isn't that what team builder is for?
Because no matter how many times you do it, jungle anivia is not a thing XD
We can't rule out certain champions in certain positions/roles right now. You can queue up as Twisted Fate/Marksman/Bottom Lane and end up in any lobby that needs a Bottom Lane/Marksman, but that doesn't mean the people in that lobby want a Twisted Fate to fill that position.
you don't get invited by the person building the team, it's an automatic join, and they have the right to kick you if they don't like your champion or summoner spell choice.
