I feel like this needs a huge disclaimer along the lines of
This suggestion was accepted by Riot because A) It made sense for the game. Riot determined independently that Randuin's needed a buff, and this suggestion fit the bill. And B) It was an easy change that required minimal work (no art, no scripting changes, just playtesting and QA)
Even though "Riot listens" to many of the community's suggestions, that does not mean they will agree with every suggestion, nor does it mean they will have the time to implement every "good" suggestion.
I'm starting this new mini series every week to show that riot does have some love for board posts and does listen (at times :c) about some of our recommendations.
If Riot listened then where are URF, Hexakill, and One For All to get me through the mid season slump? I've never seen so many posts asking a company for something, and have them be given bullshit excuses or ignored altogether.
I would also like to add that adding grounded to Singed's w was suggested back when the Cass rework was leaked on the pbe and acknowledged at the time.
It's ironic, because Randuins used to build out of a Giant's Belt originally.....
