Rare skins?
Are there any skins in game or coming up shortly that I might want to purchase? Thank you. These skins would be of the rare hard to get future type I am talking about.

only info we have about upcoming skins is the monthly sales http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/store/sales/april-sales-schedule they tend to not release new ones early or talk about them that i seen but if u keep an eye on pbe or http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/11/champion-skin-sale-121-124.html (go to mainpage) here u might find some before they come out
