Champion select bugged?

So this is the second time this week that when i go to ban my final champ it bans him and i can still type but it keeps saying banning banning blah blah and im stuck on it and i cant leave till the cancel button comes up. When i press cancel it says i have 30+ seconds to selecet a champ. I say i think im going to jungle then i get kicked with 25 seconds left saying i failed to select a champ. Now i have -3 lp?
