Banning Glitch?

Has anyone else had the problem where you select the champ you want to ban but it wont let you ban them? or you just keep hitting the button and it does nothing and you get kicked out of the lobby.. I havent had this problem since the first week of the new queue but today its done it 3 times and ive lost 25 LP ive checked my internet and its fine and when i am in game i don't lag so idk what the issue is but i was just in my series and i was 1/1 and it queue dodged and i was penalized a loss.. Just annoying and frustrating and curious if anyone else is experiencing this.
