Runes cost too much
Could we like, cut the cost of 820 runes by 50% so a single set of glyphs doesn't cost me 7200IP?

You're completely correct.
Rune prices are wayyy too high for a necessity in the game.
In all honesty, they should be free.. Allow every player to create optimal rune pages at level 30.
RIot makes very little (if any) money from the "IP BOOSTS".
