Does Riot even care what is going on in normal games?

Is it wrong to report the toxic Vayne in our team in a normal match? Is it wrong to report our 1-32 (intentionally feeding) garen? Is it wrong to report the AFK Lee Sin? Because, most games where this scenario happens, people say "It's just a normal game, who cares?" Is it wrong for me to care? Because it sure f**king feels like it. It feels like these intentionally feeding players get no justice what-so-ever. Then when I ask them to report, I get accused of being an ass to the trolling player, which is not the case at all!

There is no reason to ask others to report someone. Doing so is toxic in itself.

You don't need to ask people to report. Unless your reports have lost weight because you make lots of false reports, 1 of yours is the same as 9; it's completely irrelevant how many people report a person. This means that premades and trolls can't abuse the report function.

And also like Archon said, trying to convince others to report someone is harassment. Do not do it. As I already stated, you don't need to.

It's so funny that people are so stupid that they just berate the OP on what he did as wrong and because they have such tiny brains they totally ignore the question that was asked in the first place.

This is the type of people we have gaming with us these days and that is the whole reason you have so many dumbasses online.

Yes what the OP did was wrong but answer his question. Be complete, not a total asshole who jumps at the first sign of a mistake made by the OP. Then again, what I said above applies here too.

Riot punishes in normal games Yes. They punish in any game where there are other live people.

An exception could be a co-op vrs. AL where everyone on the team knows each other. ;)
