...Why does "Unchained" Alistar have chain sound effects?

So, I was attacking some creep when using Alistar's Unchained skin (obviously). When you attack you can still clearly hear the sound effects from his base skin, which has chains!!! I think you can still hear them while he walks too.

If the point of the skin is to be unchained , shouldn't the chain sounds be removed...
