Am I at risk if I got 2 Laptops that I play league from?

I got 2 laptops that I'm playing from:One gaming one and one that I use on the go. Seeing people getting banned am I at risk to get banned?

No, they use a lot more information than just the PC you use to determine boosting. You'd have to intentionally make it look like you're a different person between each PC.
