He's still the most ANNOYING, but he's never been a strong contender.

Then again I play Chogath though, so Teemo feels like a timeless rival that's always been there making my life hell, whereas the new, mobility-creeped champions are VERY useless if you land a silence on them and deny their mobility. (Except Kalista, but everyone agrees, fuck Kalista)

i still believe nothing is worse than running into a late game Teemo shroom and it does over half my health as a carry

They both always nuke people tank the most random stuff and escape somehow with only 5 hp every time

Back when I played, Teemo and Shaco were the only two champs that I didn't want to have on EITHER team - mine or the other - because they warped the game in a way that made it less fun. So yes, Teemo is, and always will be, the devil.

it had to start somewhere. that it didn't end there doesn't change that. just because he can sit all comfy and stealthed in his brush just waiting for you to go tripping on his shrooms while his devil-spawn are out there eating your face off directly doesn't make him any less the devil.
