He's still the most ANNOYING, but he's never been a strong contender.

Then again I play Chogath though, so Teemo feels like a timeless rival that's always been there making my life hell, whereas the new, mobility-creeped champions are VERY useless if you land a silence on them and deny their mobility. (Except Kalista, but everyone agrees, fuck Kalista)

Yeah thats usually the powercurve of nerfs on his champions. Unbearable on release, gets nerfed hard within a month and still somehow is a major annoyance.

I have played pantheon into Lulu, just lead the skillshots and side-step. I believe that Pantheon and Darius have near similar base MS so it shouldn't be too hard plus Darius gets bonus MS from his passive when he applys a stack of hemorrhage

darius has 15 less base MS than pantheon, so you're way off on that one

and he can't ever land damage on lulu to get his passive's MS boost since her autoattacks, E and Q are higher range than his pull, and she can just polymorph him as he pulls her if he ever manages to do it

a lot of ranged matchups are considered "can't do anything but try to farm as best i can" for darius unless you take flash+ghost as summoners

Yes but shes much easier to handle as long as you aren't melee. Push her in constantly, she can't roam without losing her tower. Pick up a little MR (Chalice/Hexdrinker) and you've almost made the game a 5v4 with how piss poor she scales. I'm only ever worried about leblancs when I'm not the one in mid lane, cuz if she gets fed...

Her scaling isn't the issue, she scales better a lot of mages. Her issue is that she's a single target mage. If she doesn't get ahead, she is forced to have to deal with more than 1 person at a time.

it had to start somewhere. that it didn't end there doesn't change that. just because he can sit all comfy and stealthed in his brush just waiting for you to go tripping on his shrooms while his devil-spawn are out there eating your face off directly doesn't make him any less the devil.

Back when I played, Teemo and Shaco were the only two champs that I didn't want to have on EITHER team - mine or the other - because they warped the game in a way that made it less fun. So yes, Teemo is, and always will be, the devil.
