Really slow internet issue.

Over the past week or slow my internet loading has become incredibly slow. I use google chrome and have tried Microsoft edge and it is also slow. Ive had kaspersky total security running on my computer for months without issue. Ive tried reinstalling and clearing data on chrome. Ive also tried AVG anti virus, malwarebytes and another adware remover all with no results. Im using windows 10 and all my drivers apear to be up to date. League and other programs run fine and my up and download speed are normal. The issue only is my web pages are slow to not loading, the launcher opens at normal speed. Also im on an ssd that has been disk cleaned and optimized. Any suggestions as to what my issue is and how i can fix it?

I'd recommend checking if your upload/download speeds and ping are consistent with what your remember them being (just to be sure). I recommend SpeedTest.net

Then, I'd suggest your download the 7-day trial of NetBalancer and check to see if any programs are using the network in the background which you don't know about.

Double check your Windows Update settings to make sure other computers aren't downloading the files from you. This is in Update Settings -> Advanced Options -> How Updates are Delivers (text may differ slightly).
