Noob question. Where do I go to report someone for elo boosting?
My friends told me I can report someone for elo boosting, but after the game I couldn't find an option to report for elo boosting. Can someone help me out plz?

I believe you can submit a ticket at support.riotgames.com. You'll just get a generic "thanks for your report, but we cannot inform you of any punishments that possibly arise out of this" sort of response. They also watch pretty thoroughly for stuff like that (they've been in the middle of a crackdown lately, with the end of season coming soon). But just submit the ticket if it makes you feel better.
