Pug'Maw butt drag

I bought the Pug'Maw skin after looking at the spotlight on youtube. The main reason I bought it was I about died laughing watching him drag his butt. Unfortunately, now that I've got the skin I can't figure out how to get him to do it. Can someone help me here?

It is true dog behavior and we need it in the skin!
