Because that's what Riot wants right? They would rather I report someone and get them suspended from the game who screws up then to call them an idiot right? Let's face it.. calling them an idiot makes more sense but why risk getting reported when I can just report them and not get reported?
Ya, I think i'll just report from now on when things don't go my way like everyone else.
You can do what you want. If they didn't do anything the report wont mean anything. The only thing that will happen is that when you actually need to report someone your report wont be worth anything.
Actually, I read somewhere that they will eventually implement a system to punish false reporters ;) Wish I could remember where I saw that but can't, If you'd really like to know about how the system works their are plenty of people who can explain it to you.
But, if you just want to complain and deny that's fine also. Just don't expect everyone to ignore that and agree with you.
