please delay and cease all projects for the next month, and have every single one of your development and balance employees to working on how to fix dynamic queue so it is fair for solo players and 5's and everyone.

then, if you cannot find solutions to your issues in this month, or if your solutions fail within the second month, then remove dynamic queue from ranked play, and return solo queue and ranked 5's.
