Still think Garen isn't OP?

All I see in that match history is a collection of bad players that got out-played by someone who could have done the same thing with almost any jungler with the same result.

Took him in the jungle and holy crapped wrecked face.

The problem with Garen is that he is immune to poke once he's got a few levels and maybe one defensive item. That's normally okay because you just All-in those champs. But, good luck going all in on Garen because he will just press Q and light speed away (if he can't outright kill you). One or the other needs to go, and since his passive is kind of his identity, it should probably be the Q. It should probably only increase movement speed when running toward an enemy champion within a certain radius that way he can still do his thing offensively, but doesn't have a get out of Jail free card.

Look at the build order of your oppenents, their itemization, lack of exhaust, really lousy team comp. Can't say a champ is op because you stomped some people that for all intensive purposes, had no business winning. I mean... Diana rushed a Zhonya's. Really? The enemy team didn't ward nearly as much as yours and their cs was awful.
