Wait.. You didn't want to punish players for the random DC/Hardware/ISP Failure but you still give them Que times that add up to a suspension?

I've read over some of those questions people ask Lyte and read his responses and I honestly believe without a doubt Lyte lacks common sense.

Some of the smartest people in history were stupid and by stupid i mean lacked common sense.

If you keep getting disconnected over and over, it's up to you to stop playing until you fix it. You aren't going to get limitless leniency to ruin matches.

well 4 teammates had to wait 20 minutes before they could surrender in a 4v5 because your broke ass internet on your trash pentium II wants to try to play league. probably can't even afford rp.
