team builder wait

the team builder wait alone and with new champions is the most agonizingly long ass wait especially since people are really freaking stupid and leave every lobby that isn't already full. it's like how do you expect the lobby to get full if you impatient children keep leaving. you leaving isnt gonna make the wait shorter its juist gonna prolong it and make it so much worse for yourself and everyone else. it makes a mode made so you can play what you want so much worse by the time you actually start the game you could have actually played a match or 2 it's painful.
