I used to be able to run league of legends perfectly with youtube in the background at 30 fps, but for some reason now when I have youtube in the background to listen to music my fps drops down to 10-15 fps and I cant play. The music also skips for some reason.

Oh my, you genius. I just realized it lagged alot on 1080p vids more then 720p XD
