For the second time I have gotten a Garen skin. I never even play Garen, so why TWO? And the time I got something cool? TPA Ori, once I already owned Winter Wonder. The only not bad skin I've gotten was Elf Trist. I just bought Dragon Trainer. Why must I always be screwed over by 'Mystery' when I know its going to be the lowest thing possible I'M going to get.
It's completely random (some events will add extra chances to some types of skins). You have a much higher chance of getting low tier skins simply because there are more of them.
First time I ever got a mystery skin was Challenger 
. Best part: Challenger wasn't even for sale anymore in the shop at the time. Even though I had foxfire, who wouldn't want a skin that wasn't in the shop? Good job Rito [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
