I can't make a TAG

I've made a club and I can't seem to make my clan tag. It says it doesn't meet the requirements. I've tried the minimum and max. Lower case, upper case and a mix. Symbol letters numbers but nothing works. Is it broken or does it just not like me.

You need 5 people in the club before you can make a tag
