So, I've been playing League since about early summer/late spring. That's when I really started. Anyway, I'm not even sure if this is new or what but when riot released new icons most of them used to be like 1500 IP or 250 RP but now they're all just 250 RP. Why did they make it so that people can't buy them with IP anymore? Has this happened before or is this new? Just a little curious honestly.

The ones that were only released in IP/RP is because they were done for a big type of event. The rest are only in RP.
