Champion Template please!!

We enjoy makeing summoners, i myself have made probably 5 of them, but i have never submitted one bcause i dont know if it hits all requirements to be potentially accepted.

I request Riot write up a Template of a Champion with *'s to signify Requierd fields the rest is optional. for us to fill out with our ideas.
