Complete Nonsense In My Elo

I'm Silver and it happens in bronze, does it happen in gold and above? When you completely get bullied by your lane partner or somebody else on your team to make you say "fuck it I'm not playing with you anymore" mute and do your thing or if you get bullied enough to afk. And you try to explain in all chat what's going on and the other 9 players turn it on you? "Quit being a kid and play" "Oh well toughen up" "Stfu reported for afk" Like all types of different responses. "Cry baby" And all that good stuff. I'm just wondering if people do this outside of silver ELO.
