What percent of plat-> diamond is boosted bronze players?

Just wondering. Maybe I can get there someday and complain about it? Just heard theres a lot of people boosted to those elo and i can verify it when people with plat -> diamond borders show up in my games and play like bronze V animals. I know they just bought an account and fell down the ladder fucking up people's games.
