I think Your Teemoing shop , your snowdown shop or any of those discount shops depend on the time you open the card not your account I think the system gives all accounts over the globe 1 random cycle of skins every couple of minutes this is why alot of players get exactly same skin sales And i tried it with 5 accounts same time open same exactly skins but waited for couple of hours opened the 6th account got different sales I would like to hear what you think too .
