Really Riot?

So before when you got suspended you just couldn't get to the main screen, but now since riot added an automated system that goes around suspending people based on reports and not actually looking at the reports they were nice enough to allow you into the main screen to spend money and buy RP/Skins/Champs etc but not play... How nice of Riot...
