rune system changes
instead of 9 runes there is only 1, they are split into marks - offensive, seals - defensive, and glyphs - unique stats
the quintessence can only be used to double one of the stats already picked. but can be anything already picked.
the goals would be to simplify the rune system. most champions have stats that are best for them, so the runes would let you simply pick those. but then the quintessence would let you focus on a particular part of that champion.
