players who are only decent at their main role and trash at all the others

Shouldn't be allowed past 2.2kmmr there should just be a gatekeeper who 1v1's these players and tests them. And if they main jungle like me? 5v5's and watches the replay of the movements of the player being tested.

We need more gatekeepers like this. Riot, go hire some. Thanks. go get a bunch of fabby's or something.
