What is this summoner icon? (pls help this bothers me)

So, ... what is this summoner icon supposed to be? http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Summoner_Icon?file=ProfileIcon15.jpg

This has been bothering me because it's not a caster minion (it has a shield). It's not a melee minion (it has a wand). It's not a cannon minion (once again wand, and shield, also not riding a cannon). It's not a super minion. And, it's not a dominion minion (ha ... rhymes).

So, WHAT IS IT? ( The best I can come up with is an old red side tower, that has mysteriously come alive.)
