Should you brag if...

Say you're in the mid lane playing a champ that on the enemy side, is a support. That support is not building like a support, but straight ap. That "support" takes all the cs, most of the kills, and goes on to carry the game. Meanwhile in the mid lane, you're vsing a weird matchup that goes kind of well. Your team loses due to the feeding bot lane = no real adc on team. Should that support brag about being the better player on that champion?
