why do people care so much about "verbal abuse"

I dont think ive ever reported a player for verbal abuse in my life i use the intentionally feeding an assisting the enemy team ones strictly and heres why. Do words hurt you? hmmm no. Can words ruin my game? no.( unless its im gonna feed then sure) is there a button where i wont see what another player types? yes. can people speak in this game? no. So why is this much more of a bigger deal and have more bans on it than kids say intentionally feeding/ not trying to win the game and messing around. i cant mute that i cant make them play the game. i personally think all verbal abuse report is,is a cry baby button catered to the softness that america has. Everyone trys to act all tough but you are all first to click report because you are butthurt.

tldr verbal abuse report is the butthurt button talking effects nothing and you can do something about it feeders/players that ruin games you cannot
