Looking for a duo partner through diamond.

I recently took a break from ranked and today i felt like playing again. But first game i get this from my support : "kys get cancer!". Only my midlaner was decent in that regard so to lower the ods of this i'd like to have a duo partner ( eune server, d5+, hopefully not toxic )
