Where can i buy better teammates?

so last 3 games i lost cuz my botlanes and mid went in total of all games 37 fot the 3 botlanes and my mid was first time boosted zed that went 3/10. And in summary the rest of the team was toxic aswell. wtf should i do when this happens in 70% of my games
