Please stop remaking old skin arts

I understand if a champion gets a huge rework and everything is changed, then its fine that you change all the splash arts. But why does RIOT keep polishing and remaking old skin arts??? They keep taking away the idea of what the game used to be... All the new skins coming out have amazing graphics and really cool and shiny arts, but back in the day they didn't have that.. They had the old crappy faded away arts that were really cool and classic, for example the skin "Workshop Nunu" it used to look so cool and old and you knew it was old by how crappy quality the art was, and that old retro throwback feeling you get when you see these old skins are great, that's why I don't think it's right to change them.
