Will the project skins be available during the snowdown personal sale thing?

As long as the skins aren't Legendary, Ultimate, or Limited, and they were released more than 3 months ago, there is a chance for the skins to appear in the personal Snowdown Shop. So yes, all Project skins will have a chance to appear, except Project Master Yi.
