Can we please make it mandatory that you read the patch notes?

This is seriously what I saw yesterday: 'lol what;s this wolf thing following me' 'wow is this naruto or something, why do I get a clone when I attack, thats cool af lol' 'i heard they're making ap items cheaper, stop complainin' 'holy fk veigar your ult is huge, wtf kinda bug is that' 'i dont get it, why is it not letting me eat the enemies? this new champ is buggy af' 'wtf runeglaive doesnt proc ludens anymore, riot pls fix bug' 'WTF IT SAYS YOU DID LIKE ALL OF MY HEALTH IN TRUE DAMAGE WTF HACKS'

this has annoyed me to no end, can we PLEASE make it MANDATORY to read the patch notes?

Its already mandatory haveny you watched what aple did to those poor people living.in southpark afther they did not read it

I'm also very annoyed by people not reading the patch notes and wondering why things didn't work. Hell, just read the damn tool tips and that'll explain most of it.

Do you read the User Agreement, or just hit "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions"?

What do you think adding that to the patch notes will do?
