Won multiple games and only 1 or 2 ranked losses but.....

somehow my mmr keeps dropping...and some of these games i'm carrying. Am I missing something here? Why is my mmr not going up with these wins? Counting only ranked games that is 12-8 over last 20 with 4-1 over the last 5 but the mmr is going down. Is there an extraneous thing I am forgetting besides wins that measure into it?
