[CLIENT] Game Loading reverts mouse Pointer Speed setting in Control Panel

Mouse Pointer Options are set to fast:

1. Start the client (or just change the speed of the mouse pointer before Queuing even if the client is already started).
2. Join ARAM Que.
3. Minimize Game Loading Screen and drag mouse to notice the instant change.

The pointer options revert to this (think is default windows settings):

Note: The mouse has an DPI button that changes just from slow to fast, but this does not change the actual mouse speed option in the Control Panel.

2 other people play often from my Machine; My wife and her friend from work when she comes over so they can play together and scare the the hell out of the neighbors screening things like "AAA!! HELP! IM DEAD! HE KILLED ME!!"... [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Anyhow; I thought maybe the new function that remembers user settings has something to do with this since multiple people use the same installation. I haven't play for a week or so and only noticed this yesterday and it is getting really annoying, so I haven't yet checked this on an SR game. Ill check it out soon and let you know if it also happens on SR.

EDIT: Yep it does the same thing on SR too! Right at the moment when I reach 25%
