Report for "unskill player" is this a joke/troll?
I legit never seen this till now, is this a joke or something? serously IK people have bad games, but reporting for unskilled isn't this a bit mean?

After getting many "unskilled" reports, you supposedly lose some MMR so matchmaking can better place you. Otherwise it's just a placebo report for salty players. It will never result in a punishment.
According to Lyte, the unskilled report was used to test the matchmaking algorithm - it helped detect discrepancies in the system. Currently, it effectively does nothing. It's also one of the report options that will likely be removed when they rework them.
Ya i've watched korean diamond-master streams, where the team begins to rage cause everyone is like 0-1 at 7 mins then everyone afks at base. Then when 20 mins comes up FF's and reports everyone for unskilled.. http://cdn.alltheragefaces.com/img/faces/png/troll-troll-face.png
Well, when you go 0/10 in a lane when you have the hard counter to your opponent, you probably don't need to be at that MMR. That option doesn't get you banned, it just gets your MMR re-evaluated.
