A kit rework means nothing in relations to a model. It is no excuse.

Except that Meddler has stated he is getting a Sion level rework.
And that clearly stopped Eve (Which, from my understanding, is also in that boat) from getting a skin.

Because of the length of time that champion has gone without a skin. The longer you wait, the worse things can get.

No desire to make a skin for him. Also, there weren't really any fan concepts Riot could get inspiration from. Yorick still has a decent amount hanging around (Construction Worker Yorick being one). Hell, Yorick even has a concept within an official skin. Pool Cleaner Yorick.
