Why not make Every featured game mode available as an unfeatured custom game mode?
Give the disclaimer that these modes might break, be imbalanced, or might not support new champions.
It's a great idea. It honestly should be a permanent game mode.
Riot can't even add a sand box/testing mode where we have unlimited everything to test out builds.
