How does one open a support ticket now for problem players?

I went to the support page, and there are no options for problematic players... How do you create a support ticket now?

There's a button in the top right of this page (assuming you're logged in) that says Support. First, click that - or this link - to be taken to the Support page.

Once you're there, in the top right (again), it says "Submit a request." Click there.

It will ask you to choose a request type - I'd go with "I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games." Then fill out the form that shows up. Under "Category," I'd recommend using "Game and Features - Feedback."
