Does anyone know how or if this skin is available? I ran across it on YouTube and really really want it. I would buy it from riot if let me.

Currently there isn't a way to obtain PAX Twisted Fate. At this time, we don't have plans to make him available.

I doubt there will ever be a way to get it. It was given out at the 09 PAX convention to the few people who were playing this game when it first came out. I feel that putting it out on sale would kinda be a slap in the face to the select few players who own it. Up until 2014 you could buy the code from someone online but since Riot disabled all old skin codes that really isn't an option anymore.

You do have one option which would be to buy an account with the skin on it but i'm sure that would be insanely expensive.
