Really.. Getting Punished for doing nothing wrong , but instead due to your buggy client

I was in champ select, suddenly it closed and read the words "Group disbanded" , So i went to launch another game, when I try to join queue I get the words as shown in the image above, so I restart my client quickly. .... Nothing happens... im taken to the homepage and I try to join a new queue again. I get the same msg ... "game already in progress blah blah blah", now suddenly I have a 20 min queue timer? really???????

Sigh.
