No more solo/duo queue ranks until season starts?

SO just flex ranks? NO solo and duo queue ranks all the way until season 7 starts?

And just want to check, does flex rank mmr in preseason affect my solo and duo queue mmr at all when i do placements for solo/duo season 7 start?
